Custom designed or made-to-order products.

Used or damaged products after receipt.

3. Damaged Products or Incorrect Orders
In the event of receiving a damaged product or one that does not match the order, you must contact us within 48 hours of receipt, providing us with the necessary photos and information to verify the condition.
After reviewing the order, one of the following solutions will be provided at the store's discretion:
Product replacement.
Reshipping the correct product.
Full or partial refund.
4. Refund Policy
After receiving and inspecting the returned product, the customer will be notified of the status of the refund request.
In case of approval for the refund:
The amount will be refunded to the original payment method.

Original shipping fees are non-refundable unless the error is on the store's part.
5. Shipping Costs

Cancellation of the order can be requested before the preparation or shipping stage begins.
Once the order has been processed or shipped, cancellation may not be available.
